Q: Is this application FREE?
A: You can use OneAlert application FREE for as long as you want. The only limitation in FREE mode is the number of reminders you can keep in the same time which is 10. If you want to remove this limitation you need to register. Registered users receive discounts for other products.
Q: If I purchase a license should I pay for updates?
A: NO. Ever.
Q: I have lost my Activation Code or it is not working
A: If you have lost your Activation Code follow the steps below to have it emailed to you again:
1. Run OneAlert application and click menu Down Arrow
2. Select Register...
3. Select Resend my Activation Code tab
4. Enter your name and e-mail.
5. Click Resend my Activation Code button.
If you specified e-mail you used when registering then your Activation Code will be sent to you on this e-mail.
Q: I forgot e-mail I used when registering or want to change it.
A:
1. Run OneAlert application and click menu Down Arrow
2. Select Register...
3. Click link "I want to change my registration email"
4. Fill in the form, click Send Request and follow the instructions
Q: I have purchased one license and want to use OneAlert on different computers (notebook, home, work etc).
A: This is OK. You may install OneAlert on up to five computers, as long as only one person uses the software. This way, you may install it at home and in the office for your personal use. Additional licenses are necessary only if more than one person is using the program.
