Step-by-step instruction to upgrade from version 1.x to version 2.x.

Overview: MyLife Organized is a simple, yet powerful, personal time and task management software application. Download the 45-day trial of Professional Edition (shareware - "Try-Before-You-Buy"). Later you can purchase an Activation Code and continue using this program as either Standard or Professional Edition.

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 95/98, Windows 2000/2003, Windows XP, Vista.

Instructions:
1) If you downloaded MLO installer "MLO-Evaluation-Setup.exe" just run it and follow the instructions. Previous MLO versions will be updated automatically (no uninstall needed).
2) If you downloaded zip file: "myLifeOrganized-Evaluation.zip" then no installation needed. Just unzip files to a folder of your choice and run the application mlo.exe.
3) Registered users should also install this evaluation version. It will work in full mode once activated.

MLO XML Converter: Use this application to convert different formats to MLO XML document. The following formats are currently supported:

MLO Outlook redemption library: Use this dll to avoid Outlook security warnings during sync MLO to Outlook. Download and unpack the dll, place it in the same folder with mlo.exe and set Use redemption library option in Outlook Advanced Options dialog of MyLife Organized application.

Export template for Bonsai: Download the file and unzip it to Bonsai program files directory to create an export template from Bonsai to MyLifeOrganized XML.

MyLife Organized Templates: Learn by examples how you could use MLO effectively. For example how to implement David Allen's "Getting Things Done" (GTD) approach with MyLife Organized. Details are on the Google forum.
Download: download link has been removed since templates are now integrated to MLO installation. Use menu File->New... in the application and create new file basing on a template.

Overview: Pocket PC edition of MyLife Organized application and ActiveSync module.

Supported Operating Systems: MLO Pocket PC Edition is designed to run on Microsoft Pocket PC 2002/2003/2003SE/WM5/WM6 and Microsoft Pocket PC 2002/2003/2003SE/WM5/WM6 Phone Edition devices. Your device should have touchscreen (stylus) . Some of the devices of this class are listed here.

The application will not run on a Microsoft Smartphone, although Windows Mobile operating system is used by this class of devices. So, MLO application is not compatible with any device listed here.
The application will not run on Palm OS or BlackBerry.

Instructions:
1) Download and run mlo-ppc-setup.exe on your desktop computer connected to PocketPC device. Follow the instructions.
2) To enable ActiveSync synchronization with MLO Desktop Edition make sure you installed MLO Windows Mobile Sync Manager which included to MyLifeOrganized Professional Desktop installation version 1.7.0 or later. Please refer to help documentation for more details about sync configuration.

Special notice for Windows Mobile 5.0 and for Windows Mobile 6.0:

1) In order to use the MLO PocketPC application on the devices with WM5 and WM6, it is necessary to download and install those additional missing components separately. Please use one of the following links for download:
- ADOCE Desktop Installer: adoce-31-setup.exe.
- ADOCE CAB to install from PPC: ADOCE31.arm.CAB

2) Some WM 5.0 devices affected by "uninstall bug". Use custom uninstall utility to uninstall/update MLO-PPC on your device in this case. More details.
