Synchronization

Q: MLO-BlackBerry does not sync with MLO-Desktop via USB. What do I do?
A: If you’re experiencing problems with synchronization between MLO Desktop and Blackberry versions via USB cable, please make sure that:
1. You have the latest versions of MLO software for Desktop and BlackBerry installed
2. You’ve selected the full version of MLO BlackBerry software which supports USB when downloading it from here.
3. You have the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Software installed
4. MLO is running on your BlackBerry device when you’re trying to setup sync profile

If you’ve checked all the items above and still cannot setup sync profile, or perform the sync then try the following:
1) Disconnect your Blackberry from USB
2) Close all instances of MLO on your desktop and start it again
3) Restart MLO on BlackBerry
4) Connect your BlackBerry to USB
5) Start MLO on Desktop

If all above does not help, try this:
1) Restart BlackBerry device
2) Restart BlackBerry Device Manager on your Desktop
Note: It may require to kill two processes in Windows Task Manager:
RIMDeviceManager.exe
BbDevMgr.exe

If it does not help try to reinstall BlackBerry Desktop Software.
